Little did I know in my teens, dreaming of becoming a pilot or sailor traversing far-off lands, that my true calling lay in wedding photography. Growing up in Mumbai, I was fortunate to work alongside my father, a talented photographer who managed several laboratories. His steady guidance ignited my passion for capturing still images, and I became fascinated with the world of photography.
While assisting my father, I had the privilege of witnessing the works of various photographers across genres like portrait, fashion, editorial, and Bollywood celebrity shoots. Immersed in this vibrant atmosphere, I found myself drawn to the glamour of wedding photography, which would later become my life’s pursuit. For over 35 years, this captivating genre has been my passion—one I can never get enough of.
Wedding photography is more than just a job; it’s about capturing love, emotions, and the intimate moments that make each celebration unique. A skilled wedding photographer must possess a deep understanding of the feelings and dynamics between couples and their families. I`ve always moved with the times and while keeping my own creativity and style intact, i`ve also nurtured and kept with the trend and through my creative juices have created some trends as well.
A gradual shift from only being a photographer to shooting cinematic video as well as directing has also been a part of my journey that i`ve thoroughly enjoyed, capturing motion through my lens has been exhilarating and a passion that now I can`t get enough of.
I`ve has the privilege of being a Panasonic Lumix Ambassador since the last 7 years and now a mentor of some of the most reputed partner brands in the industry such as Godox and Hollyland, doing workshops for these brands in the country, i`ve had the opportunity to grow as an educator within the community, with over 30 years of being in the wedding industry i`ve grown to give back to the society.
With over 24 years of experience in the wedding industry our primary goal yet remains the same. i.e. to consistently deliver exquisite images and charismatic films to our clients.
